About us
About us: A tradition that lasts more than three decades
The story of our agency began in 1991 – at a time when tourism in Medulin looked completely different. We started modestly, with a vision and just a few family apartments, driven by the desire to show every guest the most beautiful things about our region.
Today, after more than 30 years of work, we can proudly say that we have grown together with our place. What started as a small family business has grown into a well-known local agency that today manages a multitude of carefully selected apartments. In order to round out our offer and provide a full service to those who, just like us, have fallen in love with this part of Istria, we have expanded our business to include a real estate agency.
Our journey from a few beds to the status of a respectable agency did not happen overnight – it was built on every satisfied guest and every successfully sold square meter.
