Rental terms
Payment Terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 20 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- The guest can cancel for free 30 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
Additional terms
- In the event of cancellation of the reserved accommodation, the agency will apply the following rules for reimbursement of reservation costs:
- For cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the service, the traveler will receive a full refund of the paid amount;
- For cancellation from 29 to 20 days before the start of the service, 30% of the total accommodation amount is charged,
- For cancellation from 19 to 8 days before the start of the service, 70% of the total accommodation amount is charged.
- For cancellation from 7 to 0 days before the start of the service, 100% of the total accommodation amount is charged.
If the guest does not arrive at the reserved accommodation unit by midnight on the start day of the service and has not contacted the agency, the reservation is considered canceled, and cancellation costs are calculated as per the above. Refunds for early departure are not given under any circumstances.
